Great breakfast but the bathroom vent needed cleaning. Overall a decent stay.

i stayed here during my summer holiday and it far exceeded my previous stay in springfield. the room was modern and cozy, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. having a nice breakfast on-site made mornings easy and enjoyable, and the location was ideal for exploring local restaurants.

the air conditioning was inconsistent.

The outdoor area for pets feels spacious and welcoming, ideal for giving the dog a run. Ground-level room access makes it easy to load and unload gear without fuss.

The heater near the front door struggled to warm up the space, leaving the bathroom icy cold. A towel at the base of the door helped, but it was a hassle. Water temperature fluctuated during shower time, switching from scalding to freezing—definitely affects the morning routine. The mattress comfort didn’t impress. it passed but wasn’t memorable, and I stumbled into a few ants in the bathroom, which was a bit off-putting.

We checked out the Wonders of Wildlife Museum & Aquarium and enjoyed the Fantastic Caverns. The staff was super friendly, and we appreciated having a playground for downtime. Breakfast had plenty of options to fuel our days. Just a heads-up, though, it can get a little noisy outside on weekends, so keep that in mind if you're looking for peace and quiet.

One thing I didn’t love was the musty smell in our room. It was pretty off-putting, and I can see how that could bother someone with allergies. But we made it work.

The stay at Best Western in Springfield had its highs and lows. Checking in was smooth, and the staff right at the front desk welcomed me warmly. My room was clean and tidy, which set a good tone for my visit. I appreciated the direct access to parking, making unloading luggage a breeze. The breakfast spread had plenty of choices to kick-start my day, but the breakfast room could use some organization. I really enjoyed the exercise room. it had all the basics for a decent workout. Now, the not-so-great part was the noise. I could hear people walking in the hallway and the sounds from nearby rooms. It got pretty distracting at times. Also, while the pool area looked nice, it could use regular maintenance. The chilly bathroom due to poor heating was a bit uncomfortable. I had to roll a towel at the door to keep out the cold air. Overall, some updates in soundproofing and heating would definitely enhance the experience.

the staff's friendliness made my stay memorable, especially chatting with a clerk from russia. fitness centre offered a nice way to unwind after a long day.

It was just a good match for an overnight stay in Springfield with exceptional value. The check-in staff were polite and helpful, making it an easy experience despite a few minor issues. Check your Wi-Fi connection before settling in to avoid frustrations later.

we had a wonderful stay at best western. stormy at the front desk was super welcoming and quick with check-in despite our late arrival. our queen room was clean and comfortable, perfect after a long drive. we loved the hot breakfast options, especially the fresh fruits. the hotel's grounds are lovely, and we enjoyed the glider swing on a sunny day.
